The Brief
Machines4U engaged Aspect Digital with a clear goal — to drive business growth across every part of the organisation. As Australia’s leading marketplace for heavy machinery, agriculture, construction, and industrial equipment, the challenge wasn’t about awareness, it was about performance.
Our brief was to accelerate revenue across all business units by improving lead quality, increasing conversion efficiency, and maximising return on marketing investment. We were tasked with unifying fragmented strategies into a data-driven performance engine — one that could scale sustainably while maintaining Machines4U’s position as the market leader.
We engaged in on-going marketing consulting services with Machines4U. Initially sleighted for 9 months, the contract was extended due to strong performance, and the business was later acquired by no.2 in the category, seen by the business as a huge success.

We inherited the account in December with a mandate to reduce waste and grow leads. Through data-led optimisations, refined targeting, and creative testing, we delivered a 21% increase in leads while slashing cost per lead by 54% — setting new performance benchmarks for Machines4U.
